Drafting and documentation in Bowral and the Southern Highlands
Clear drawings make approvals smoother and building easier to price. I prepare documentation that says what it needs to say.

Who it helps
Owners and builders who already have a design and need it drawn and documented, or who need plans updated for an approval.
Problems I can help solve
- Turning sketches or ideas into accurate plans
- Preparing drawings for a council or certifier
- Updating existing plans for changes
- Producing documents a builder can quote from
What’s typically included
- Existing conditions drawings
- Plans, elevations and sections
- Construction documentation as agreed
- Coordination with consultants named in your proposal
Your proposal sets out exactly which services, fees and consultants apply to your project.

How we work together
We start with a conversation, agree the brief and scope, then develop the design with you. You’re asked for decisions at clear points, and each one is explained. See the full process.
Common questions
What is a DA, CDC and CC?
In NSW a project may need a Development Application (DA), a Complying Development Certificate (CDC) and/or a Construction Certificate (CC). Which applies depends on your property and the work. Approvals are issued by the relevant authority or certifier, not by the designer.
Are engineers and other consultants included?
Consultant costs and coordination responsibilities are set out in your proposal so there are no surprises.
General guidance only. The right approval pathway is specific to each project.
